Your information is used strictly to process your request, communicate with you, produce and deliver your results, handle revisions, and improve service quality.

3. Uploaded materials

All materials you submit are used strictly to complete your project. Your data is never reused, repurposed, or applied to any other client, under any circumstance.

Your materials are not used to train shared systems or models.

Once your order is completed and delivered, all use of your materials immediately stops.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through external payment providers. Studio Envy does not store full card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms of the selected provider.

5. Service providers

Studio Envy may use external tools strictly to operate and deliver the service, such as communication, file handling, or payment systems. Data is only shared where required to complete your order.

6. Data retention

Production files are deleted within 48 hours after delivery confirmation.

Data is retained only for the duration required to complete and deliver your project.

No data is retained or reused after order completion unless you explicitly opt in to model file retention.

If you choose retention, your model file is stored in a non-public, access-restricted storage environment to enable faster future orders. You may request deletion at any time during the retention period.

7. Portfolio use

Your results are never used for portfolio or promotion without your explicit approval. Declining has no impact on your service.

8. Data security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your responsibility

Please submit only materials relevant to your project and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when necessary. The latest version published on the website always applies.
