Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Studio Envy provides private, custom digital creative production services, including AI-assisted imagery, cinematic visuals, editing, enhancement, and final output delivery based on the selected package or agreed direction.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful purposes. Misuse, fraud, impersonation, or rights violations are not permitted.

3. Orders

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Studio Envy may review, request clarification, or decline any project that is unclear, unsuitable, high-risk, or outside the scope of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely materials, and clear direction. You confirm that you have the rights or permission to use all submitted content.

5. Restricted Content

Studio Envy may refuse or cancel any request involving unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content.

6. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on the package or agreed quote at the time of order. Work is not started or delivered until required payment is received or confirmed.

7. Revisions & Scope

Revisions apply to adjustments within the approved direction, including lighting, styling, composition, or refinement.

Requests introducing a new concept, pose, subject, or major creative direction change after production begins are considered new work and may require additional fees.

8. Delivery

Image-only packages are delivered within 2 days, and packages that include video are delivered within 3 days unless a different timeframe is explicitly confirmed. Timing may still vary based on project complexity, materials, and response speed.

9. Creative Output

Creative outputs may involve artistic interpretation and variation. Final results may not exactly match every reference, even when reasonable effort is made to achieve the requested direction.

10. Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of any materials you provide. After full payment, you receive usage rights to the final delivered outputs for personal or commercial use as intended.

All underlying systems, workflows, models, and production methods remain the exclusive property of Studio Envy.

11. Portfolio Use

Your results are never used for portfolio or promotion without your explicit approval.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the published refund policy. Work already started or delivered may not be eligible for full refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

Studio Envy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

14. Service Changes

Studio Envy may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service, including pricing, packages, or features, when necessary.

15. Privacy

Studio Envy does not reuse client data across projects. Production files are deleted within 48 hours after delivery confirmation in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless optional retention is explicitly requested.

16. Updates

These terms may be updated when necessary. The latest version on the website applies.
