Studio Envy provides custom digital creative services tailored to each client request. Because each order involves custom planning, preparation, and production, refunds are limited.
1. Setup fees
Any one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the order has been reviewed, scheduled, or production preparation has started.
2. Custom service work
Payments for custom creative services are generally non-refundable once production has started.
3. Cancellation before production
If a client requests cancellation before production begins, Studio Envy may approve a full or partial refund depending on the work already completed in planning, review, or preparation.
4. After production begins
Once production has started, change-of-mind, preference changes, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify for a refund. Included revisions are the primary method for refining the result.
5. Non-delivery
If Studio Envy is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the stage reached and the amount of work already performed.
6. Client delays or missing materials
If the client does not provide required materials, approvals, or responses within a reasonable time, the project may be delayed, paused, or closed. Refunds are not guaranteed for work already performed.
7. Final delivery
Once final files have been delivered, the service is considered completed. Completed and delivered custom digital work is non-refundable.
8. Refund processing
Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
