Refund Policy

All Studio Envy services are custom-built per client. Refunds are handled fairly based on the stage of work.

1. Custom Work Model

Studio Envy provides custom digital creative services. Each order involves planning, preparation, and production tailored specifically to the client.

2. Before Production

If cancellation is requested before production begins, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the work already completed (such as planning, review, or preparation).

3. After Production Begins

Once production has started, payments are non-refundable.

Change of mind, preference changes, or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify for a refund. Included revisions are the primary method for refining the result.

4. Final Delivery

Once final files have been delivered, the service is considered completed. Completed custom work is non-refundable.

5. Non-Delivery

If Studio Envy is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of work completed.

6. Client Delays

Delays caused by missing materials, approvals, or responses from the client may result in project delays, pauses, or closure. Refunds are not guaranteed for work already performed.

7. Payment Processing

Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider or bank.

8. Fair Use Principle

This policy is designed to be fair to both the client and Studio Envy. Work already performed, time invested, and resources used are taken into account in any refund decision.
